WOD – Monday 14 January 2013

Every 30 seconds for 10 mins:
2 Squat Clean

Must use either: 20kg to 80kg in 10kg increments.
Reps must be touch and go ie no dumping on 1st rep.
May dump bar on second rep.
Choose conservatively.

Dessert:

12 minutes burpee pullup ladder.
Ie 1 burpee, 1 pullup, 2 burpees, 2 pullups etc
No bands, jumping or Rx only.
