*Athletes split double-unders push-ups and pull-ups as desired but perform air squats synchronised

 

Rx+: Wear a 20/14lb vest

Active: 200 Double- under buy-ins and cash-outs for those with both partners able to do under 25 in a row

Lifestyle: 400 Single- under buy-in and cash-outs, 4 rounds: push-ups to box, jumping pull-ups, split air squats as desired

 

Today’s partner workout should see at least one member of the partnership able to complete sets of 50+ double-unders unbroken for the partnership to do the Rx’d reps. At least one partner should be able to complete 10+ push-ups and 10+ pull-ups before requiring a switch-out, and air squat options should allow consistent movement throughout the entire set across rounds. This is a long one! Being prepared with a plan A, B and C and committing to regular communication is essential today!
