WOD

 

10 Rounds for Time:

20-minute CAP

 

·       9 Alt. Dumbbell Snatches (RX 22½/15 Kg)

·       7 Deadlift (RX 120/80 Kg)

·       5+ Handstand Push-ups

 

 

Focus of WOD:

·  Aiming to build set volume – maintaining across all 10 rounds

·  Short recovery time when fatigued.
