3. Max Dumbbell Bench

4. Rest


Any variation of T2B is acceptable sets of virtuous movement is key.


Variate the machines you are using between the rounds.



A long one today with a great opportunity to build some gymnastics volume but still move well. It says max reps, but specifically pick a number that you can perform in 1-2 sets and move well with. Use this as a chance to move well under some fatigue but not as much as you would typically have in a shorter workout. This is meant to be paced as it is 32 minutes.
