Week #7 Focus

  Squat/Strength Development:

·     Building endurance and stability – still increasing strength and intensity via capacity – back squats, pistols and Bear Complexes

·     Accessary work – wallballs, kettlebell swings, DB Bench Press.

Weightlifting:

·     Technique & endurance – bear complexes

·     Volume and intensity – deadlifts, front squats and thrusters in WOD’s

Gymnastics Accessary work:

·     Pulling Strength – pull-ups, C2Bars, Bar Muscle-ups

·     Handstand push-ups in WOD
