30 @ 1 minute times Set

 

4 @ 5 Min EMOMs

 

Complete the following in the 30 minutes using the 1 minute timer and working one person at a time

 

EMOM #1:

 

·    5 Deadlift (Total) – bars will be set – choose your scheme

·    Use larger weight each set

 

EMOM #2:

 

·    10 Burpee Box Jump-overs (RX 24”/20”)

 

EMOM #3:

 

·    Complete 1 set each:

·    5 Pull-ups

·    5 Push-ups

·    10 Air Squats

 

EMOM #4:

 

·    100 meter sprint each
