AHG Hero WOD ‘Palmer’

5 Rounds for time:

2 reps 160/105kg deadlift
3 reps ring muscle up
10 reps pull ups
15 reps 24/20 inch box jumps

Finish with 1000m row

*Scale the Deadlift as needed. Ensure correct set-up.
*Scale Ring Muscle ups to 10 pushups.
*First three to finish row. All others run unless a rower is free.
