Part A) 10 Minute EMOM

1 Squat Snatch
1 Hang Squat Snatch

Part B) 3 Rounds for time:

6 Dumbbell Burpee Deadlift Box Step Overs 22.5/15 (A demonstration will be provided)
3 Bar Muscle ups or progressions
Run 400m

Part C) For time: A/bike for 50 cals
