IN PAIRS- 30 Minute AMRAP

200 Kettlebell snatches (single arm)

*10 on single arm then partners go then swap arms and repeat till 200 total for the pair.

*Scale weight to complete 200 reps in under 15 minutes as a pair.

Then…….

Use the remaining time for AMRAP tyre flips, one for one with your parter.

* The pair to get the most flips earns the right to feel awesome!
