·     Focus on full hip extension and fast receive

·    5 Power Snatches (RX 50/35 Kg)

·    10 Sit-ups

·    15 Wall-balls

·    20 Double-unders

 

Whilst the focus for today is Metcon – slow the snatches and make sure you have good form and then smash the rest
