Goblet Squats
Kettlebell Swings

* The aim is to complete each set unbroken with the heaviest weight kettlebell possible.
* This means you may vary the weight used. For example, you may use a 24kg kettlebell for the 30’s increasing to a 40kg kettlebell for the 3’s.
* Each set is to be an absolute effort.
* Rest as required before attempting the next set.
* If you finish prior to the 50 minute mark, use the remaining time to practice Chest-To-Bar Pullups.
