150 Wall Ball 10/7 – 10 reps
100 KB Swings 24/16 – 10 reps
80m Walking Lunge 20/15kg plate – 10 steps each leg
50 Handstand Pushups – 5 reps
800m run with Med Ball 10/7

* 80m is 4 lengths inside building
* 800m is twice to lights at Ruthven
* Choose weights appropriately
* Reps given is changeover rate
