Today’s back squats blend strength and hypertrophy work and as such should see challenging weights across all sets, that still allows a full range-of-motion and quality time under tension.

The workout should see a number of calories inside :30 when fresh and a back squat weight that allows sets of 10+, even when fatigued. Barbells may be taken from the rack today, and given the 1:2 work:rest ratio should see VERY intense efforts!
