Rx+: 36/30”, chest-to-bar pull-ups

Active: 24/20”, jumping pull-ups, 15-30-45 double-unders

Lifestyle: 20/16”, ring rows, single-unders

 

The workout should see challenging box jump options that allow consistent singles but are probably too high to consider rebounding, pull-up options that allow repeatable sets of 3 and double-under options that allow repeatable sets of 30 for full reps, or repeatable sets of 10-15 for half reps.
