Week #10 Focus

Squat/Strength Development:

·      Building endurance and stability – still increasing strength and intensity via capacity – back squats, front squats

·      Accessary work – bench press, kettlebell swings

Weightlifting:

·      Technique & endurance – power cleans.

·      Volume and intensity – deadlifts, power cleans, thrusters, front squats.

Gymnastics Accessary work:

·       Pulling Strength – chest-to-bars, rope climbs, toes-to-bar

·       Wall-walks or handstand shoulder taps in WOD
