Week #6 Focus

  Squat/Strength Development:

·      Building endurance and stability – still increasing strength and intensity via capacity – back squats and deadlift

·      Accessary work – wallballs, overhead lunge steps and man-makers.

Weightlifting:

·      Technique & endurance – clean & jerk

·      Volume and intensity – deadlifts, snatches and thrusters in WOD’s

Gymnastics Accessary work:

·       Pulling Strength – pull-ups, rope climbs

·       Handstand walking & wall-walks
