Week #4 Focus

  Squat/Strength Development:

·      Building endurance and stability – increasing strength and intensity

·      Focus on technique building intensity maintaining proper form – including stability exercises squat clean (complex), wallballs.

Weightlifting:

·      Technique refinement – clean/squat clean, push jerks and squat snatch

·      Volume and intensity

Gymnastics Accessary work:

·       Pulling Strength – rings, pull-ups, C2B

·       Handstand push-up strength
