Part A
Barbell Cycling:  
Alternating on the minute for 8 minutes (4 rounds)  
Odd  minutes: 3 front squats
Even minutes: 6 back squats At 65% of 1RM front squat

Part B
Partner Workout:  
3 workouts  @ 6 minutes to complete each resting 2 mins between each  
Workout 1- 20 ground-to-overhead (each alternating) (Athletic 61/35 kg)  
Workout 2- Ski-erg (50/30 cal.) and 80 wallballs  
Workout 3- Row (60/45 cal.) and 60 toes-to-rings, or bike (50/30 cal.) instead of row One person working at a time
