Clean and Jerk Stamina:

  • 30 C & J, 1 every 20 seconds for 10 minutes.
  • Should be a challenge

5 minutes rest followed by:

 3 rounds:

  • 8 devils press (A 22.5/15 kg)
  • 400m run

Extras – Rowing Intervals:

8 minutes:

  • 30 seconds slow
  • 30 seconds @ 80%
