Ring Muscle-up development:
Ring-dip development:
• Holds/lowers
• Dips
• Dips at top of muscle-ups
• 5 good sets

Part B

“GS24” – 4 rounds for time with a partner
• 800m run/50 wallballs
• 50 burpees (alternating)
• 50 pullups
(36 minute cap)

Partner A runs while Partner B completes 50 wallballs. After both partners finish their movement, they complete 50 alternating burpees, then share the pullups.
Next round Partner B runs, Partner A wallballs.
