CROSSFIT TOTAL

1RM Back Squat
1RM Deadlift
1RM Strict Press

*Done in that order.
*Spot your lifting neighbours as required on the Back Squat.
*Do these sets as a guide – 5,4,3,2,1,1,1. The last 1 is the PB attempt.
*Safety has priority over ego. Only lifts executed with good form count.
*Time is tight. Don’t procrastinate but don’t skimp on warm up sets.
*Good luck. If you’ve been working hard, you’ve got nothing to worry about!
