For time:

1 mile run with 9/6kg medicine ball,
60 burpee pull-ups,
800 meter run with9/6kg medicine ball,
30 burpee pull-ups,
400 meter run with 9/6kg medicine ball,
15 burpee pull-ups.

*Males use 10 or 9 med ball
*Females use 6 or 5 med ball
