Front Squat 5 x 5
* Hold across

Rest 3 minutes

Then 1 set of max reps with the same weight.
* Go for 20 🙂

Rest 6 minutes

12 minute EMOM
6 Hang Power Snatch 30/40
4 Burpees Over the Bar
* ALL 10 reps are to be done in the minute.
