50 Jumping pull-ups (With arms overhead, bar should be halfway between your elbow and wrist)
50 Kettlebell swings 16/12
50 Walking Lunge Steps (25 each leg)

50 Push press 20/15
50 Back extensions (GHD or, use empty bar for mid-range deadlift: above the knee to standing)
50 Wall ball 9/6
