* Behind the neck split jerk to receive the bar

Then…

20 minute AMRAP

10 Front Squat
Run 200m
5 Thrusters
Run 200m
* Men RX 60kg
* Women RX 40kg
* Fill rack with bars first
* Then use floor if needed
* Yes I know it is more squats – they are good for you.
