5 Wall Ball
3 Handstand Pushups
1 Power Clean 100/70

* This will be done as an EMOM.
* Choose a Wall Ball weight, and HSPU scaling, and Power Clean weight appropriate so that you can complete 1 full round in 40 seconds.
* Scaling for HSPU is 1 wall walk or 5 Hand Release Pushups.
