For time:

4 rounds:
Run 200m + 10 Hand Release Pushups

4 rounds:
Run 200m + 10 Kettlebells Swings

4 rounds:
Run 200m + 10 Goblet Squats

4 rounds:
Run 200m + 10 Overhead Lunge steps each leg

4 rounds:
Run 200m + 10 Burpees

* If unable to do pushups or burpees, repeat the goblet squats
* If unable to squat or lunge, repeat the pushups and the kb swings
