20 Minute Pairs AMRAP

25 Front Squat
12 Strict Press
15 Pullups

* Work in pairs
* Choose own bar weight – men no more than 50kg, women no more than 35kg.
* Front Squat – swap every 5 reps until completed 25 EACH
* Strict Press – swap every 6 reps until completed 12 EACH
* Pullups – swap every 5 reps until completed 15 EACH
* Bar must not touch ground i.e. one person must hold bar while other person performs pull-ups
