GOOD FRIDAY – 9AM – 4PM – 5PM

40 minutes in pairs alternating work:

1 minute to complete 30 Double Unders and max reps HSPU or Wall Walks
1 minute rest
1 minute to complete 30 Double Unders and max reps Power Snatch 35/25
1 minute rest

* Each person will complete 10 rounds of DU and HSPU, and 10 rounds of DU and Power Snatch
