“Rapid-Fire-Friday”
All sessions normal except from 4pm onwards:
4pm – 4:30pm – 5pm – 5:30pm – 6pm – 6:30pm

20 minute AMRAP
400m Run
Then…
10 pistols (5 each leg)
15 Situps
20 Pushups
25 Double Unders

* Depending on what 14.4 is – there will be gear set up to experiment.
* If you are back squatting and coming to the evening sessions, turn up anytime.
