I am going back to 18 September 2013 – we are going to repeat the last two months so you can get measuring with your progress.

Please go back to the 18th September in your diaries (you better have one, I’ve been nagging about it for ages – or if you are new, please start one) or look it up on your MyWOD app. Know it before you turn up, know what scaling you used for HSPU, know what weight KB you used, and know what height box you jumped on, and what time it took you.
