Clock will go on 5 minutes after session start.

PISTOLS 15 MINS:
1. Beginners are working on progressions.
2. If you already have pistols, you are working on weighted pistols.

HANDSTANDS 15 MINS:
1. Beginners are working on kickups, and wall walks.
2. If you can get on the wall, you are working on lowering yourself onto an abmat – do not try to pushup.
3. If you can already lower yourself onto the mat, you are working on your kip.
4. If you already have your kip, you are working on deficit.

TOES TO BAR 15 MINS:
1. Beginners can work on knees to elbows.
2. If you already have toes to bar, you are working on kipping.
