WOD:
As a pair complete the following:
Run 2km (5 x 200m each)
20 Wall Walks (10 each)
50 Burpees (25 each)
100 Situps (50 each)
200 Squats (100 each)
* While one team member works, the other is doing double unders.
* Your score is the time taken, and a total double under tally.
