The benchmark workout “Grace” is about power output and mental grit in the face of anaerobic stress. If athletes are within a sniff of completing today’s workout Rx’d, today is the day to set a data point for the future, however the goal is 2-5 minutes with large touch-and-go sets or fast singles and an overall speed mentality!
