*Training climb, 1-rep = rope tied off to crossbar, lock to stand to chin-over-bar

 

The workout should see athletes rowing at a pace only as fast as allows a fast transition to the rope. Athletes should choose a very challenging rope climb option for today, even if it means completing only 1 rep to a previously unexplored height. Confident rope climbers should use all available seconds due to the rest succeeding this block of work!
