·       1000 meters Farmer’s Carry (2xDB/KB’s)

·       100 Wallballs

·       50 Burpees

·       50 Sit-ups/GHD’s

· Break into rounds OR do as a chipper

· Building endurance and rhythm in movements

· Efficient sets and short recovery time
