Part A) 4 x 3 Push Press

Part B ) 4 x 4 Minute Tabata blocks.

Alternating exercises:

1. C2B Pull-ups
2. Kettlebell Swings 24/16
3. Ring Dips or Push-ups
4. Sit-ups

Then repeat to make 8 Rounds per block.
