WOD – Thursday 11 May 2017

Part A) Take 30 Minutes to build up to a heavy single Squat Snatch.

Part B) Thruster/Pull-up
Deathmatch

Complete 5 Thrusters in 30 seconds.

Then…

Complete 5 pull-ups in the next 30 seconds.

Continue this cycle until failure. Then reduce reps as needed till a 16 minute to time cap. Max reps in the final minute to increase your score.
