WOD – Wednesday 6 July 2016

7:30 minutes – Every 90 seconds
Front Squat 5 x 5
* Hold same weight across all sets
* Use 60% of weight used in last back squat set

30 minutes – Every 3 minutes

10 rounds:

40 Double Unders
30 Wall Ball
20 Situps

* Start each round on 0:00, 3:00, 6:00 etc.
* Do each set as fast as possible then rest until next set.
* Do as much work as possible in 2:30 then restart with Double Unders on the next round.
