40 minute AMRAP
Run 400m
1 Sequence
Run 400m
2 Sequence etc

1 Sequence =
1 Front Squat
1 Thruster
1 Push Press
Men RX = 40
Women RX = 30

* once you are doing more than one sequence, after the push press on round 1, you can go straight into the front squat on round 2 etc.
* you may combine running and/or rowing to complete 400m.
