7AM – NORMAL WOD
4PM – NORMAL WOD
5PM – PRE ORGANISED TRAINING SESSION – KATH IS TRAINING, PLEASE BE WELCOME TO JOIN IN. NEWBIES ARE PREFERRED TO ATTEND 7AM or 4PM PLEASE.

OPTION A for Non-Runners:

“PHAT BALLING HELEN”
5 rounds:
40 Wall Ball
21 KB Swings
12 Pullups

OPTION B for Runners:

Run 400m repeats with 1 minute rest. Working sets should be uncomfortable, but not full on sprints.

10k’ers: 15 x 400m (2 as a warm up, 13 as working sets).
Half Marathon: 22 x 400m (2 as a warm up, 20 as working sets).
* Stretch your hamstrings in between each set.
