6 rounds:
4 laps walk lunge
30 pushups

* Do 1st lap with your starting dumbbell weight
* Do 2nd lap with a slightly lower weight dumbbell
* Do 3rd lap with less again
* Do 4th lap with final lightest weight
* Do 30 pushups
* Rest as required between each round (about 2 minutes)

For example: 1 lap with 25kg, 1 lap with 22.5kg, 1 lap with 20kg, 1 lap with 17.5kg
For example: 1 lap with 15kg, 1 lap with 12.5kg, 1 lap with 10kg, 1 lap with 5kg
