PLEASE NOTE: THERE WILL NOT BE CROSSFIT KIDS AT 3:30PM.

In teams of 3:

Buy In: 5 wall walks each – done one at a time.

Then…

Person A: 30-20-10 Calories on the Rower
Person B: Pushups
Person C: Squat Jumps

To be done as:
Person A does 1 wall walk
Person B does 1 wall walk
Person C does 1 wall walk….until 15 wall walks are completed by your team.

Then..

Person A rows 30 calories while Person B does pushups and Person C does squat jumps
Person B rows 30 calories while Person C does pushups and Person A does squat jumps
Person C rows 30 calories while Person A does pushups and Person B does squat jumps

Complete the same rotation again except using 20 calories, and then for a final time with 10 calories.
