20 minutes to complete:
5 rounds:

Maximum Strict Pullups unbroken
Maximum Pushups

* Use bands if needed to on the pull-ups
* No rest from last pull-up to pushups
* Pushups are hand release
* You may pause at top of pushup but as soon as you break position you are done
* Pullups are ‘over grip’. They are not chin-ups.

Dessert:

10 minute AMRAP
10 Wall Ball
20 Double Unders
