KB Swings
Left arm Overhead lunge steps
KB Swings
Right arm Overhead lunge steps

* Stand in place to do entire WOD.
* Lunges are performed from two feet together, then stepping back each leg.
* Back knee touches ground each rep
* Lunge reps are EACH leg i.e. in the first set you do 10 KB Swings, then 20 lunge steps, then 10 KB Swings, then another 20 lunge steps.
