* Yes I know it’s supposed to be a muscle up – but it’s TOPGUN not TOPGUM – unless you would prefer 1 round of Nate instead (2 muscleups, 4 hspu and 8 kb swings), or 1 round Nancy (15 ohs and run 400m), or Nutts (hspu, deadlift, box jumps, pull-ups, wall ball, double unders and running)…..
