Got an email late last night that the rx ropes will be delivered today, so I’ll postpone the original WOD to tomorrow. Here is an equally suckful replacement.

Start with a heavy bar:
50 Back Squat
40 Pullups
30 Shoulder-to-overhead
Remove the outside plates:
50 Front Squat
40 Pullups
30 Shoulder-to-overhead
Remove last plates to final weight:
50 Overhead Squat
40 Pullups
30 Shoulder-to-overhead
