Deadlift
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

If your current PB is over 100kg:
Starting weight is current PB minus 70kg.
Move up in 10kg increments.
Once you get to the ‘pointy end’ – hold that weight until all reps completed.

If your current PB is under 100kg:
Starting weight is current PB minus 50kg.
Move up in 5kg increments.
Once you get to the ‘pointy end’ – hold that weight until all reps completed.
