WOD – Thursday 8 July 2010

5 rounds for maximum load:
1. Snatch grip Deadlift
2. Power Snatch
3. Overhead Squat
4. Full Squat Snatch

* Once you start with a weight you must use that weight for all 4 movements
* You may increase the load each round
* You may not decrease the load between rounds
* Rest as required
* 25 second time limit per round
