Skill/Stamina: Bar muscle-ups
1-7 Bar muscle-ups or BMU Progression- Banded/Box/Low Bar
Today’s gymnastics work will see a chance to refine skills for some athletes and those with advanced BMU skills a shift to capacity-building.
TABATA x 4
20sec on 10sec off
4 mins of each TABATA
1 Min break between each TABATA
T2- Push ups
T3- Sit ups
T4- Air squats
Perform all 4 mins of each movement before moving on. Athletes should be working at approx. 75-80% of max effort for each movement.
